Trade Terms & Production Conditions
By submitting an order, paying a quotation, or supplying artwork files to Giggo India, you agree to the following trade manufacturing terms:
1. Artwork Approval & Prepress Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for proofreading typographic spelling, confirming layout dimensions, and ensuring graphic resolution (minimum 300 DPI recommended). Once an artwork proof is confirmed via email or WhatsApp and enters the RIP queue, cancelation or revisions cannot be accommodated.
2. Color Matching & Technical Tolerances
Digital printers operate in CMYK color spaces. Because RGB monitors emit light and printed physical media reflects light, minor spectral variations (within delta-E 2.5 industry standards) are standard in digital print manufacturing. While we run calibrated ICC curves, exact 100% Pantone solid matching requires prior sample strike-off approval.
3. Dimension & Gang-Sheet Tolerances
Due to thermal expansion and film transport tension over long roll runs, a dimensional tolerance of +/- 2mm per meter is standard in commercial DTF roll processing.
4. Payment Terms
Custom digital manufacturing runs require 100% payment prior to dispatch. Approved credit accounts for long-term wholesale trade partners are subject to signed bilateral contract agreements.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of trade orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
