Our standard roll width is 60cm, providing an active printable graphic width of 58cm (22.8 inches). The length can run continuously from 1 meter up to 100 meters per roll without break.
No, please send your graphics reading normally (right-reading). Our automated Raster Image Processor (RIP) handles all horizontal mirroring and white underbase generation automatically. If you pre-mirror the file, please inform us so we don't reverse it twice!
As long as your graphic has a transparent background with crisp, anti-aliased edges at 300 DPI, our RIP software automatically generates a pixel-choked 100% white ink underbase beneath all colored pixels. We choke the white plate by 1 to 2 pixels so no white border peeks out.
When pressed according to our parameters (155°C, 14s, medium pressure, 5s post-press), our prints withstand 50+ domestic machine wash cycles at 30°C–40°C. For maximum longevity, wash garments inside-out and avoid tumble drying on high heat.
UV DTF adheres permanently with exceptional water and chemical resistance. Hand washing with a soft sponge is always recommended for long-term luster, but properly applied transfers on stainless steel or ceramic can survive top-rack domestic dishwasher cycles.
