UV DTF Printed Sheets & Gang Transfers
Transform any rigid substrate into a branded product without bulky machinery or heat presses. Our industrial UV DTF technology prints high-definition CMYK ink with a heavy clear spot-varnish topcoat and micro-permanent adhesive backing.
UV DTF vs Textile DTF: What You Must Know
While both use transfer films, their chemistry and applications are entirely different.
UV DTF (Cold Hard Transfers)
Substrates: Glass, metal, stainless steel tumblers, acrylic, plastics, wood, ceramics, leather, laptops.
Application: Cold hand pressure only. Peel film A, rub down firmly, peel clear transfer carrier B. Zero heat.
Texture: Raised, tactile glossy 3D embossed lacquer dome.
Textile DTF (Garment Heat Transfers)
Substrates: 100% cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, fleece, canvas bags, denim.
Application: Requires heat press at 155°C (310°F) for 14s with medium-high pressure to melt TPU glue powder.
Texture: Flexible, smooth matte elastomeric textile feel.
How to Apply UV DTF Stickers in 30 Seconds
Clean Surface
Wipe the target product with isopropyl alcohol to remove dust and finger oils.
Peel Backing
Peel the white protective backing paper away, leaving the design on the transparent carrier film.
Apply & Squeegee
Position carefully onto the object and rub firmly from the center outward using your fingers or squeegee.
Peel Clear Mask
Slowly peel the clear top carrier film flat against the surface. The 3D embossed graphic bonds permanently.
