At Giggo India ("we", "our", or "us"), we recognize that the graphic assets, streetwear designs, logos, and corporate branding files you submit are sensitive proprietary intellectual property. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and maintaining complete confidentiality throughout the prepress and printing pipeline.

1. Client Artwork & Intellectual Property Guarantee

We strictly act as a manufacturing execution partner. You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all graphics, vector files, gang-sheets, and text provided to Giggo India.

• We never sell, license, share, or repurpose your artwork.
• We do not publicly display your completed prints in our portfolio without your explicit written consent.
• Production files are purged from our automated RIP queues after 30 days unless retained for re-order archiving upon your request.

2. Information We Collect

To fulfill quotations, trade invoices, and courier shipments, we collect:

Contact details: Name, phone number, WhatsApp identifier, and email address.
Billing & Shipping details: Physical delivery address, postal PIN code, state, and GSTIN (for B2B input tax credit).
Production specifications: Artwork dimensions, substrate requirements, and quantity.

3. Data Security & Storage

Our web platform utilizes 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store sensitive credit card or UPI PIN information on our servers; payments are processed securely through certified banking channels.
