DTF Print Sheets & Continuous Rolls
Engineered for apparel creators and streetwear labels that refuse to compromise on opacity or durability. Razor-sharp CMYK detail, 100% solid white ink backing, and superior elasticity on any fabric.
What Makes Giggo DTF Sheets Different?
Not all DTF transfers are created equal. Low-grade films crack, bleed white edges, or suffer from oily plasticizers. Here is our engineering standard:
Micro-Piezo Ink Deposition
We run dual industrial Epson i3200 printhead arrays with automated recirculation to ensure zero white-ink starvation, yielding dense, opaque underbases even on pitch-black cotton.
Double-Matte Treated PET
Our anti-static release film prevents stray powder adhesion around fine graphics, eliminating fuzzy edges, haloing, and unwanted adhesive bleed.
Infrared Tunnel Baking
Automated powder shaker and infrared curing tunnel melts the TPU adhesive with 100% uniformity, ensuring smooth stretchability and soft hand feel.
Unrivaled Fabric Compatibility
Presses effortlessly onto 100% cotton, 100% polyester, triblends, canvas tote bags, nylon windbreakers, denim jackets, and baseball caps.
Standard Heat Pressing Parameters
Follow this calibrated 4-step workflow to guarantee 50+ commercial wash cycles with zero peeling.
Pre-Press Fabric
Press the garment alone for 5 seconds at 155°C (310°F) to remove ambient moisture and flatten surface wrinkles.
Primary Transfer Press
Position the DTF transfer face-up. Press firmly at 155°C for 14 seconds with medium-high pressure (45–55 PSI).
Cool & Peel
Allow the garment to cool for 15–20 seconds until cool to touch. Peel the carrier film in a smooth, continuous diagonal motion.
Matte Post-Press
Cover with silicone parchment paper and post-press for 5 seconds. This embeds the ink into the fabric fibers for an ultra-soft matte finish.

Yes! You can nest as many neck tags, chest logos, sleeve prints, and back graphics as fit inside the 58cm width. We charge strictly per running meter.
All rolls are sealed in water-resistant plastic sleeves and packed inside heavy-gauge spiral postal tubes with reinforced end caps.
